Yes, you do. You`re invoice must have, tracking number, payment details and description of items in payment with cost breakdown.
Once delivered at our US address before 2pm your package is expected to arrive in Jamaica within 1 to 3 business days.
To avoid paying custom duties please ensure that your package value/cost stay below $100usd.
Each customer has up to 5 days once package ready for collection to collect package before storage fee is added. After 5 days a $300jmd fee will add each day.
All customers using our address must be registered. If someone is going to use your address information, please note that all updates will be sent to you. Please note that we hold no liability for packages from unregistered customers.
Packages with weights not listed on the rate chart will be rounded up to the next rate. For example: A package weighing 1.2lbs will charge as 2lbs.
Please note that when shipping TVs and other fragile items, you do so at your own risk . We have a policy in our warehouse where we do not inspect televisions, making it difficult for us to verify if any damage occurred during transit by the carrier. However, we do provide a special wrapping service and inspection for TVs upon request, available at an extra cost. Feel free to reach out for more information.
Unknown packages refer to shipments lacking the courier code specified in the address. It's essential to include all address information, including the courier code (e.g., ONYX10001 and its corresponding number provided by the customer or shipper. Packages missing this information will be categorized as 'Unknown. To remove a package from the 'Unknown' status, a fee of $550 JMD applies. Additionally, the customer must provide the correct tracking number for the package's removal from 'Unknown' status. Please note that it may take up to 1 to 3 days to process the removal of packages from 'Unknown' status, after which they will be shipped on the next available shipment day. You will receive an email update once the package has been shipped.
